SynSilico’s Enzyme Engineering Platform integrates deep expertise in structure–sequence–function relationships with advanced biophysics and AI-driven tools. Using functional computational models, the platform maps critical elements of binding, stability, and catalysis, pinpointing amino acid positions—whether near or distant from the active site—that influence enzyme performance. Automated design algorithms then identify optimal residue combinations to enhance desired properties, with the most promising variants validated under application-relevant lab conditions.
