Are you facing challenges associated with high cost of your products and/or the quality? We bring over 25 years of experience in optimization of plant processes that can add substantial value to your business.
Based on our vast experience of being a chemical research and development organization for both dedicated plants (mono plants) as well as for multi-purpose assets, Innosyn has an excellent ability to optimize your production process to the max without changing the assets. Typical items which can be addressed by a team of chemists, engineers and analytical scientists are:
Careful fine tuning of reaction conditions to reduce costs and maximize output
Debottlenecking your process
Statistical Design of Experiments (DoE)
Detailed kinetic studies, modeling, and data analysis
Chemical processes we have optimized can be relative simple, such as esterifications or condensations, or relative complex, e.g. replacing three consecutive crystallizations for one controlled one, or replacing a classical resolution step (max 50% yield) into a catalytic asymmetric synthesis protocol. An example of the latter is shown below.

Replacing a classical resolution for a catalytic asymmetric synthesis
At request of one of our customers, Innosyn has developed a catalytic asymmetric hydrogenation and also a transfer hydrogenation protocol for the production of the desired (S)-enantiomer of the chiral tetrahydro-isoquinoline shown. Both processes were used at 100kg’s scale. See also:
